Bravo Ocean
Daze! Ocean Daze is spectacular – spacious, comfortable, well-sited
to let the ocean breeze blow right through, and perfectly positioned to catch both the spectacular sunsets and gorgeous sunrises.
And it’s well-equipped with fantastic beds, comfy furniture inside and out, all the requisite kitchen gadgets, and enough
“toys” to keep everyone happy (family-friendly videos, books and games, loads of beach gear, even two hammocks!)
From sun-up to well past sundown, Ocean Daze lets you and your family relax, refresh, and recharge.
And the beach! … What could be better than having a wide-open expanse of pink sand, gentle surf, warm
water, and glorious sunshine just steps from your door?
Ocean
Daze is also well located for exploring Eleuthera – midway between Governor’s Harbor to the north and Tarpum Bay
and Rock Sound to the south, you have easy access to local shops, markets, and restaurants (our favorite was Tippy’s).
Thank you Ocean Daze for helping us have a fantastic vacation. We can’t
wait to come back!

"Ocean Daze" is well named, and dazed we were for a glorious week, totally mesmerized by
the gorgeous sunrises, the stunning pink sand beach and turquoise waters, and the dramatic sunsets, all visible from the most
comfortable, clean and well equipped home. It is truly a special place, and the Andrews have taken great care to ensure
that their guests have what they need. In this place, time can stand still and the world can stand by, giving you a
chance to catch your breath from your normal pace. A true vacation. We can't wait to return!

We had a great time at your Beach House.
The accommodations were perfect and the view was incredible. We enjoyed playing at your wonderful beach, kayaking
in the Atlantic, buying the fresh lobsters and grouper from the pier at Tarpum Bay, dining on Rock Claws at Tippy's, Bonefishing
on the flats of Savanah Sound, finding Sand Dollars and Starfish at Ten Bay Beach, swimmining with the Sea Turtles at Jack's
Bay Beach, exploring the beautiful Lighthouse beach and just listening to wind and waves at night. It was nice to find
Ocean Daze so well equipped with bikes, kayaks, grill, hammock as well as spices and staples. My only regret is that I didn't
get a chance to try my hand with your Hawaiian Sling. You built the perfect beach house. Thanks for sharing it with us. Mike Cincinatti, OH, USA
Windermere Island and Ocean Daze villa are both extraordinary. Shaun met us
at the airport and led us to Ocean Daze. The tranquil soothing setting of the villa combined with the pink powdered
sugar sand of the beach make this an absolutely perfect vacation for body and soul. Each day began with the sun streaming
in beckoning us to the deck for morning coffee and contemplation of the day's activities...many times not venturing
far past the deck and beach. Trips to Tarpum Bay and Governor's Harbour yielded fresh grouper and lobster that
we brought "home" to prepare in a kitchen that provided all we required to produce great meals.
Ocean Daze is a wonderful place for a wonderful vacation! The longer the better!

Sadly, we are home. Our
16 days at Ocean Daze were perfect. The house is gorgeous—all your hard work and attention to detail shone through.
Great floorplan—great furnishings, etc. We used the kayak some.Steve mainly used the bike to ride down to the dock and
bonefish. Our favorite always is a nice covered porch—and yours was super. Great chairs, wonderful grill—lovely
amenities. As we told you, this is our 7th year on Eleuthera and 8th visit. We feel very comfortable
with the island. I had my almost daily visit to Clyde & Anne’s wonderful farm for veggies and yummy homemade breads.
Our favorite restaurants were all delicious as always. Other than that, we just did nothing—our truly favorite
thing to do in Eleuthera. It is so quiet and peaceful----and beautiful. Thank you.

"We love Ocean Daze. When we first
saw the pictures on the Ocean Daze website we were more than just tempted to go there and could hardly imagine that the pictures
we had seen would be topped by reality. The villa is spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped and it easily makes
you feel at home. We wholeheartedly agree with the praises in the reviews of the other guests at Ocean Daze. At Ocean Daze
you can feel at one with nature without missing any comfort. Despite having spent only little over a week, we returned with
our “batteries” fully recharged; both body and soul fully relaxed. Ingrid and Peter, Frankfurt,

"A Week In Paradise" "Whenever I am stressed
I close my eyes and imagine myself back at Ocean Daze. I have traveled to many places over the last 30 years and have
to rate this as the most relaxing, "get away" I have ever stayed at. The beautiful breezes made even the summer
heat feel comfortable. The beach walk was amazing, new "treasures" were washed up every day. The ocean
was beautiful and my son spent hours playing in the kayak and jumping waves. I also liked the fact that because of the
elevation I could easily watch my son down on the beach from the upstairs patio. On the one day that it was a little
rough, we were able to cross the road and swim in the Sound - where the water is incredibly clear and clean. My favorite
spot was the back patio, where I sat and tried to read my book. I say "tried" because by lunch time the color
of the ocean was so breathtakingly beautiful, with a myriad of different colors of green and blue, that I found it hard to
keep my eyes on the book. At night time we sat outside, with a beautiful breeze keeping the bugs away, and watched the
incredible night sky, including a few shooting stars too. Tippy's was a fun restaurant to frequent, right on the water.
I loved the library at Governor's Harbor too - the view from the upstairs balcony was remarkable. The amenities were
excellent and Sean was always available if we had any questions. I hope to go back to Ocean Daze, and with so many places
in the world still left to visit, that says a lot. " Andrea Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.A
"Our vacation at Ocean Daze was wonderful.
The inviting views from the house lulled us to the ocean, and the steady rythym of the waves just as easily found its way
into the house. Anything you could possibly need, this house already has. We snorkled and picnicked, routinely
cooked in the kitchen, and occasionally popped in a DVD. There really wasn't anything we were lacking in, except time." Thanks again for
everything Miranda. Suzanne Minnesota, U.S.A
Our stay at Ocean Daze was like magic. When we arrived late Sunday the fridge and
pantry were stocked with exactly what was on our shopping list. When the bike tires needed air, a young man was at our
door to pump them up. When it was time to do a mid week deep cleaning, our friendly housekeeper was there to do the
laundry and clean everything like new. When we needed inspiration we’d look out the window and the sun would either
be rising or setting. And when we needed a star to wish upon, a billion appeared in front of us as we sat on our anti-gravity
chairs on the back deck at night. Be careful what you wish for at Ocean Daze, it will very likely come true. Max MN, U.S.A
"Great island getaway" "We're recently back from our second stay
at Ocean Daze. The house is terrific -- spacious, airy, roomy, fully equipped for whatever you want to do, whether it's snooze
on a hammock, sit under the wide porch roof and read a book, play board games, watch movies, cook a big meal, or grill cheeseburgers
in paradise. Sited on top
of a dune overlooking the beach, you are sheltered by rustling palm trees on a very private patio. A few steps take you down
to a spectacular stretch of beach lined with large and mostly secluded private homes. (Many afternoons, we were the only ones
on the beach.) The beach is great for taking long walks, and the water in front of the house is wide open for easy swimming.
(There are reefs near some neighboring houses for a bit of snorkling too.) Windemere Island is safe and quiet, and well-located to give you easy access
by car to both the north and south parts of the island for exploring, dining or shopping. But mostly, you'll want to stick
close to home base and soak up the sun and tranquility at Ocean Daze. " BahamaBill, Boston, U.S.A Our first impressions of Ocean Daze exceeded all
of our expectations! What an absolutely breathtaking view! The pictures, while beautiful and tantalizing, do not
compare to the reality. We gazed in awe and surveyed the different views for I don't know how long. I think our
grumbling stomachs after our long trip finally snapped us back to reality! Shaun had pre-stocked the house with several
basic essentials we had ordered from the Market in Rock Sound, so our first few days of food and beverages were already conveniently
there for us. We spent our first couple of days exclusively at Ocean Daze, enjoying the peace and quiet, the bathtub-like
ocean, the cool breezes, and the indigenous wildlife. Our first few evenings found us star gazing for what seemed like
hours. The night sky there is so absolutely clear, I was able to identify (with some help from an iPhone app) things
we could never spot at home. And yes, that cloud overhead that never seems to move is the Milky Way! Later each
evening, Venus rose over the ocean. One particularly clear night, we took a late swim, and the reflection from Venus
on the water was so bright, it was almost like swimming under moonlight. After a couple of days, we
began to venture out in our rented car (that Shaun had waiting at the house for us) to explore the island. Among our
journeys, we visited the Island Farm for fresh fruit and produce, Wesley Methodist Church in Palmetto Point (Big Daddy's church)
for a warm and unique service on Sunday, Ocean Hole in Rock Sound, the Glass Window Bridge, Ten Bay Beach, the fisherman in
Tarpum Bay, Island Made Gift store in Gregory Town, Tippy's, Dolce Vita, The Bistro Restaurant at Sky Beach club, rocky Caribbean
beachs for shelling, and our spectacular little cove just south of Ten Bay beach. Of the restaurants, Tippy's
had the best food by far. The cold avocado soup was delicious! The food at Dolce Vita and The Bistro was fancier,
pricier, and not as good. The very best meals we had, without question, were the meals we made at home. Cooking
is a hobby of mine, so I relished the opportunity to prepare meals with the fresh local fare, then cook it while watching,
hearing, and feeling the ocean right in front of me. The fresh fish purchased in Tarpum Bay was incredible! $5
for 3 whole fresh fish?!? We even made fresh marinated, grilled conch that was delicious! Of all of
our experiences and adventures on the island, our time at home at Ocean Daze was easily our favorite. The peace, quiet,
and privacy were what we were really looking forward to, and that's exactly what we got. In our 10 days at Ocean Daze,
we saw people walk by our beach twice. During our walks on the beach, floating in the sea, staring at the crystal clear
night sky, or our time just sitting watching the waves, we honestly felt like we could be the only people on Earth.
Since our return, we have been regularly discussing when is the soonest we can return for more Days/Daze at Ocean Daze! There is nothing we can think of to say except THANK YOU for sharing your paradise with us! As I concluded
our entry in your guest book, we are Forever Indebted,
Chris & Kim Pennsylvainia, U.S.A
